For two years in a row my family and friends came together not only to support me with my continuing battle with ovarian cancer but also to raise over $13,000 for the second year in a row. In fact, last year we raised $15,765 for this worthy and necessary cause. None of that would be possible without everyone's generosity. Thank you all.
Just to bring everyone up to date, after HIPEC surgery in February in hopes of extending the time between recurrences, 2 weeks after the surgery a scan revealed the cancer was still there. As I continue with my treatments, my amazing team will again be walking (VIRTUALLY this year due to the Corona Virus) for a cure and early detection.
No matter what it takes! I won't allow myself to give up! My dream is that I WILL BEAT THE ODDS AND GO THE DISTANCE!!
