Hi everyone, Here is some important info from the NOCC organizers for this Saturday's event: IMPORTANT DATES ONLINE REGISTRATION - THIS!!! Wednesday 9/11 at 11:45pm Online Registration closes - donation link stays live until 30 days after the event ends. DAY OF REGISTRATION 9/14/19 - Event day - people who have not registered online can still register at the event ($40 age 13 to adult / $20 age 7 to 12). Any age, if running or walking the event (example a 6 year old running the 5k - will need to register). *** PLEASE "like" the Facebook NOCC Delaware Valley Chapter Page, as more info will post on the page Donations CHECK DONATIONS - checks can be mailed to me at NOCC, PO BOX 631, Holicong PA 18928 EVENT INFO - access 'event info' on the site for address / schedulehttps://runwalk.ovarian.org/ RAIN OR SHINE EVENT PARKING - by the Museum, you may park on the grass on a slight diagonal TIME OF EVENT Registration check in opens at 6:45am (no early birds please) - everyone must check in to receive their bib & T shirt. Opening Remarks: Dr. Marc Morgan - 8am 5k walk / run start - 8:30am Running Awards - 9:45am approx Survivor group photo - approx. 10am & Ceremony (chairs provided for Survivors for the ceremony) Fundraising Awards - approx. 10:35am Kid's K races - "races" for the little ones...free with any registered adult...approx. 11am ROAD CLOSURES Belmont Ave is closed for the event at approx. 7:30am - police will direct you where to park - please give yourself extra time.... TEAMS of 5 or more members -WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR T SHIRT?? Teams with 5 or more members -- Go to "TEAM PICK UP" - your teams bibs, shirts will be bundled. Feel free to donate back the laundry bag - we will reuse next year! IMPORTANT that you communicate this with all your team members - the contact info of your team, can be accessed from your team page. Friday - you may email me Friday after 4pm and ask for your team bag # - please write your team name in the Subject Line ...emails after 9pm will not be answered. When picking up your bag, CHECK it..there are teams with similiar names (ex Team Teal and Team of Teal) ** ALL RUNNERS - regardless if on a team, must pick up their own bib (bibs for those walking are in the team bag!) Teams with 4 or less members - go to "Pre Registered" in the Registration Tent BIBS - Bibs are worn on the FRONT of your t shirt Miscellaneous TENTS - personal tents are not permitted anywhere on the grounds during the event. Share...our food & water donations are based on the number of those registered, please take for yourself only.... so there is enough for all ~thank you so much in advance ~ Signs !!
