I have been in this battle for 6 and half years and the greatest challenges in the ovarian cancer space is awareness and an early detection mechanism. Over 90% of us are already metastatic when we are initially diagnosed because of the severe lack of awareness and no early detection mechanism. This is what the NOCC does. I am grateful as this has been a mission of mine since I was originally diagnosed in January of 2014.
