Hello friends and family,

Thank you for visiting my NOCC, break the silence page. As an ovarian cancer survivor/thriver, this cause is very dear to me. If you know me, you know that I'm a doer. When Forrest Gump lost his, Jenny, he ran across the nation a couple of times to make himself feel better. Last year while sitting in my oncologist's office the need to DO something hit me. Then an advertisement for this run came across my path. I knew it was the answer to feeling better by doing something truly useful that supports all women.

Last year I joined another awesome team and walked the 5K run. This year, I want to do more by being a leader and running the run!
